AGM - Accounts

Amstrad Consumer India Private Limited is a subsidiary company of Shalimar Paints Limited ( Listed on NSE and BSE with Rs.11,000 crores market cap post merger of Infra Market )Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Accounting: Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standards like IFRS, Ind AS . Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closes.
• Controlling Expenses : Variance analysis to monitor departmental spending against approved targets.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Maintain and strengthen internal control systems, manage statutory/tax compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Business Partnering & Analysis: Provide management dashboards for sales report.
• Interacting with channel finance and consumer finance partners for various scheme.
• Credit control and issuing credit notes as per various schemes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train finance and accounting team members.

Typical Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA or Master’s in Accounting preferred).
• Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are strongly preferred.
• Experience: Generally 3 ( if CA / CMA ) to 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, audit, or financial management ( reporting to senior management )
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems advanced Excel, and data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
