Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and expertise. As an integral part of our management team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management to achieve team goals.
• Handle cash management duties including cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit preparation.
• Assist in shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising team members, and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Drive profitability through budget management, profit and loss analysis, and cost control initiatives.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Experience

• Proven management experience in hospitality
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of managing hospitality teams effectively.
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit/loss analysis, and staff training & development.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and lead team training sessions.
• Knowledge of managing hospitality teams in diverse settings.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
