AGM / DGM - Planning

Responsibilities-

• Strong hands-on expertise in baseline scheduling, progress updating, re-baselining, and recovery scheduling for large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of S-Curve preparation and analysis (cost, manpower, and progress curves).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel (advanced); exposure to BI/dashboard tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and execution practices for residential (high-rise/townships) and commercial (office/retail/ mixed-use) projects.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, critical path method (CPM), and delay/ claims analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and senior management interactions.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing planning teams across multiple sites/projects.
