AGM- E commerce Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Business & Revenue: Own P&L, revenue growth, category strategy, assortment, and new brand/category onboarding across entry-to-luxury, bridge-to-luxury, and luxury.
• Outright Business: Manage brand negotiations, buying, OTB, inventory, sell-through, markdowns, launches, returns, and reconciliations.
• Platform Management: Manage e-commerce platforms, negotiate visibility and promotions, and build strong platform relationships.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee warehousing, billing, fulfillment, returns, reconciliations, SLAs, and process improvements.
• Marketing: Drive digital campaigns, platform promotions, ROAS, and customer acquisition in collaboration with Performance Marketing.
• Customer Experience: Ensure quality listings, delivery, after-sales service, platform ratings, and seller health.
