Established in 2016 by Mayank Ruia in partnership with the Manipal Group, MAIA Estates is redefining India’s real estate landscape through thoughtful design, meticulous planning, and conscious development.

In just a decade, MAIA has earned recognition from leading global institutions including the International Property Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, and Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
