We are looking for experienced leaders to drive large-scale Medical Coding Operations.

• Manage large-scale Medical Coding Operations for US Healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

• Lead multispecialty coding teams across E&M, Surgery, Endoscopy, ED Profee, Denials, IVR, Ancillaries, Observation, Pathology, and Radiation Oncology.

• Drive operational excellence through effective workforce planning, productivity management, quality governance, and SLA adherence.

• Develop and implement workflow improvements, quality initiatives, and denial prevention strategies to optimize coding accuracy and revenue realization.

• Collaborate with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges, improve service delivery, and support business growth.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, capability development, succession planning, and performance management across coding operations.

• Manage client governance, escalations, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Drive revenue management, capacity planning, operational forecasting, process transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, productivity, and operational benchmarks.
