Position - AGM Industrial Relations & Administration
Location: Haridwar

Reporting To: Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) activities at the plant and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Handle labour compliance, statutory compliance, and documentation as per applicable labour laws.
• Manage and monitor contract labour and manpower vendors.
• Handle contract management, including contractor documentation, agreements, renewals, and compliance.
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling at the plant.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle ER (Employee Relations) matters and support disciplinary procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: MBA / LLB preferred.
• Experience: 12-15+ years of relevant experience in IR & Administration.
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Experience handling 200-300+ employees/workforce.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, contractor compliance, and IR practices.
• Good communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
