Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Operations Support & Troubleshooting
o Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day business operations across the
complete order lifecycle, including:
▪ Purchase Order (PO) generation
▪ DDE processing
▪ Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
▪ Stock updates in the Dealer Portal
▪ Sales Order processing
▪ Customer Care (CC) operations
▪ Warehouse (WH) operations
▪ Dispatch execution
▪ E-Invoicing
- Cross-Functional Coordination
o Work closely with Warehouse Operations and Customer Care teams to
ensure seamless daily operations.
o Ensure adherence to defined processes and system policies.
o Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to
enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- SAP & Infinity Development Coordination
o Coordinate with the SAP and Infinity development teams for system
enhancements and new feature implementations.
o Define project scope and business requirements.
o Finalize business logic in consultation with stakeholders.
o Manage implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
o Ensure smooth deployment and stable transition into the production
environment.
- SAP Master Data Management (Domestic & Export Business)
o Manage master data for Fabric, Rugs, and Bedding businesses.
o Maintain Customer Master, including pricing and discount structures.
o Create and maintain Material Master records.
o Maintain Domestic and Export Price Masters.
- Sansaar Website Management
o Manage product listings and content updates for the Sansaar website,
including Fabric and Store categories.
o Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Product Content Coordination
o Coordinate with external vendors for fabric flat-shot photography
required for the website and dealer portals.
o Ensure timely availability of high-quality product images.
- Courier Partner Management
o Coordinate with courier service partners to ensure smooth logistics
operations and uninterrupted invoice generation.
o Resolve operational issues related to shipping and dispatch.
- Payment Gateway Management
o Coordinate with payment gateway partners to ensure seamless online
payment processing.
o Troubleshoot payment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Sansaar Portal & Mobile Application Administration
o Maintain and manage master data across the Sansaar Dealer Portal
and Mobile App, including:
▪ Material Master
▪ Customer Mapping
▪ Price Lists
▪ Courier Configuration
▪ Courier Rate Master
▪ Sales Representative Mapping
▪ Collection Masters
- Dealer Portal Management & Customization
o Administer and customize the Dealer Portal based on business and
customer-specific requirements for both Domestic and Export markets.
o Ensure system functionality aligns with evolving business needs.
- Sansaar Export Operations Support
o Manage and maintain export-specific master data, including:
▪ Customer Item Mapping
▪ HSN Code Verification
▪ Export Pricing
▪ Customer-Specific Price Lists
o Support smooth execution of export order processing and related
system activities.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
