What they need
AGM level ownership of performance management across a distributed branch network. You run goal plans, mid year review, performance appraisal, calibration, talent management, rewards and promotion councils, and you take the outcome to the board.
Required Candidate profile
You have run a full annual cycle for 10,000 plus employees and chaired calibration across businesses, with rewards and promotions coming out of your process. 15 years plus, PG in HR.
