AGM Projects - Real Estate

Duties and responsibilities

1. Site Planning & Coordination

• Assist in finalizing project execution strategies with senior management.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Prepare and review project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor execution as per approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour workforce.

3. Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material and work quality checks.
• Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.

4. Vendor & Contractor Site Management

• Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of work/materials.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain periodic progress reports and MIS updates.
• Ensure timely documentation for statutory approvals and audits.
• Escalate risks and deviations to senior management proactively.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, MEP, Procurement, etc.
• Interact with clients or CRM teams for project updates and handover coordination post completion.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
