AGM / Sr. Manager-Learning & Development | Retail | D2C Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable L&D frameworks covering classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training.
• Create role-based training programs for Store Managers, Retail Associates/Stylists and Supply Chain teams.
• Implement and manage LMS/LXP and digital learning platforms.
• Introduce micro-learning, mobile-first learning and digital playbooks.
• Build competency mapping and assessment frameworks for retail teams.
• Track training effectiveness and L&D ROI against business metrics such as AOV, customer satisfaction and conversion.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership and career development programs for retail teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 34+ years of experience in Apparel, Fashion Retail, D2C or Consumer industry.
• Strong experience in Retail/Store/Frontline Training and multi-location workforce development.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP, digital learning and assessment tools.
• Experience in competency mapping, learning analytics and training ROI.
• Proven ability to scale L&D initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
