AGM Tender

Tender Document Review:

Thoroughly examine and understand tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ).

Cost Estimation:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses for both EPC, government, and private tenders.

Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Tender Preparation:

Compile and prepare all necessary documents for bid submissions, including technical specifications, financial proposals, and compliance documents.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and contractual obligations, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks.

Communication & Coordination:

Work closely with various teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, finance) to gather information and ensure smooth coordination throughout the tendering process.

Post-Tender Activities:

Participate in post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
