- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the gems & jewellery sector.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and promoting open communication.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in HR operations.
Job Requirements :
- 10-19 years of experience in human resources management in the gems & jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance requirements (e.g., Gratuity Act), and POSH guidelines.
- Proven track record of ensuring HR compliance across multiple locations or entities.
