Position: Head QHSE
Location: Gurgaon / Jaipur

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1618 years of experience in QHSE/Quality/Safety within Infrastructure, Power or EPC industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in Transmission Lines, Substations and/or Renewable Energy projects.
• Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and NEBOSH.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE policies, systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory requirements and customer requirements.
• Lead quality and HSE activities across projects, sites and suppliers.
• Monitor NCRs, RCA, CAPA, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular project/site QHSE audits and inspections.
• Drive safety culture, risk management and accident prevention.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare QHSE dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
• Represent the organization in customer, regulatory and certification audits.
• Lead, develop and mentor the QHSE team across multiple projects
