As a Agriculture Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, planting, and maintaining softscape and horticultural works across Azizi's residential and community developments, ensuring healthy plant growth suited to the UAE climate.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee softscape execution — turf, shrubs, trees, and planting beds
• Select plant species suited to UAE soil and climatic conditions
• Conduct soil testing and recommend soil improvement/fertilization programs
• Supervise planting, mulching, and post-planting maintenance schedules
• Monitor plant health, pest/disease control, and irrigation adequacy in coordination with the Irrigation Engineer
• Review landscape drawings and ensure agronomic feasibility of design
• Prepare planting schedules, BOQs, and material specifications
• Coordinate with landscape contractors and consultants on softscape quality
• Ensure compliance with municipality greenery and landscaping guidelines
• Train and guide site labor/gardening teams on best horticultural practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in softscape/agriculture roles, preferably with a UAE contracting or landscaping firm
• Strong knowledge of regional flora, soil types, and climate-adapted planting
• Experience with pest and disease management programs
• Familiarity with UAE landscaping and greenery standards
