Duties:

You’ll play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our customers’ machinery, combining both workshop and field-based service work, including:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers.
• Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Completing complex repairs.
• Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field.
• Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.

Requirements:

We’re looking for Agricultural Service Technicians with significant experience, individuals confident in their ability to handle modern agricultural machinery to a manufacturer-recognised standard.

You’ll need to have:

• Proven technical expertise with agricultural machinery within a similar Agri focused business.
• A recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Land based engineering or a transferable qualification.
• Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• A precise, methodical approach and pride in workmanship.
• A customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field.
• A full UK driving licence.
