Agricultural Service Technician – Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Agricultural Service Technician to join our Service Repair Team. What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose issues and provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Perform equipment inspections and recommend preventative repairs to reduce downtime
• Complete repairs according to OEM specifications using service manuals
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure accurate parts ordering
• Document all work performed with clear and detailed service reports
• Work both independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment (preferred)
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to complete online and in-person training
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
• Reliable and team-oriented
