AGRICULTURE INTERNSHIP

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated internship students to support our agriculture operations across sales, marketing, technical, and field functions.

This role is structured to provide comprehensive exposure to real-world agricultural practices, where interns will assist executives in executing operational, commercial, and technical activities. The internship will involve a balance of office-based coordination and on-ground field execution, including farm visits, field trials, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong learning mindset, adaptability, and the ability to contribute effectively in a team-driven and performance-oriented environment.

Basic Qualification

1.       Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or any related field

2.       Basic understanding of agricultural practices and crop management

3.       Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment

4.       Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

5.       Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions effectively

6.       Physically fit and willing to conduct fieldwork when required

7.       Possess own transportation and willing to travel for field visits

8.       Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Main Responsibilities / Scope of Works

1.       Sales Support (Basic Level)

·        Assist the sales team during farm visits, roadshows, and customer engagements

·        Support preparation of product materials and simple explanations to customers

·        Help in coordinating planning for sales and marketing activities and evets

·        Provide basic assistance during product demonstrations

2.       Marketing Support (Basic Level)

·        Assist in executing marketing activities including campaigns, events, and promotions

·        Support content preparation such as simple visuals, photos, and videos

·        Assist in social media and basic digital marketing tasks

·        Help document field activities for marketing purposes

3.       Data Collection and Documentation

·        Assist in collecting field data, user feedback, and crop observations

·        Support data recording, organization, and basic reporting

·        Ensure proper documentation of field activities and trials

·        Assist in maintaining internal records and simple analysis

4.       Field Visit and Farm Operations Support

·         Assist the technical team during farm visits and on-site activities

·        Support basic agronomic tasks under supervision

·        Help in monitoring crop conditions and reporting observations

·        Assist in communication with farmers during visits

5.       Field Trial Support (Basic Level)

·        Assist in setting up and maintaining simple field trials

·        Support data collection and observation recording for trials

·        Ensure trial activities are conducted according to guidance

·        Assist in compiling trial results and documentation
