Agriculture Product Development & Performance Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and enhancing agriculture insurance products through market research, data analysis, and performance monitoring. The role ensures that products remain relevant, competitive, and profitable while addressing market needs and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Design and develop agriculture insurance products based on market insights.
• Lead product pilot runs, evaluate results, and recommend product improvements.
• Monitor product performance and prepare analytical reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Agriculture Head and key stakeholders to implement product initiatives.
• Work with the Actuarial Team to develop and evaluate product pricing and premium structures.
• Recommend product enhancements and pricing adjustments based on market conditions and performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development, market research, data analytics, insurance, or related industries.
• Experience in the insurance industry and/or B2B2C business model is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
