What You'll Do

In this role, you'll play an important part in the daily operations of our facility by helping maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with a variety of indoor and outdoor operational tasks
• Performing opening and closing procedures for the facility
• Completing light maintenance and upkeep duties
• Ensuring the facility remains clean, organized, and safe
• Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our patrons' success
• Following all safety policies and procedures
• Assisting with additional operational duties as needed

Preferred qualifications include:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a seasonal agricultural environment with varying workload demands
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to customers and coworkers
