该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Leader with solid background in intelligent logistics product development. You will own the end-to-end project management of R&D projects, driving project schedule, quality, cost and risk control from requirement confirmation, technical R&D verification to mass production and on-site delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of R&D project experience, familiar with intelligent logistics product architectures and industry development modes, and possesses fluent English capability for global project communication and cross-border collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Take full charge of R&D project management, including project initiation, requirement sorting, project planning, progress tracking, resource coordination, milestone management, and ensure on-time, high-quality and low-risk delivery of R&D projects.
• Manage the full lifecycle of R&D projects, covering scheme design, prototype development, performance testing, trial production verification, technical iteration and formal mass production landing. Collaborate with R&D, hardware, testing, supply chain and delivery teams to solve cross-departmental project problems.
• Conduct in-depth research on product forms, system architectures and industry technical trends, sort out project technical requirements and iteration plans, assist the technical team in formulating R&D roadmaps, and support product competitiveness optimization.
• Identify, evaluate and control project risks including technical risks, schedule risks and resource risks in advance, formulate response plans, track and resolve project bottlenecks efficiently, and ensure stable project progress.
• Responsible for project document management, including project plans, meeting minutes, technical review reports, project summary documents and delivery archives, realizing standardized project process and technical data precipitation.
• Undertake global project communication and coordination, conduct daily technical and progress docking with overseas customers, partners and teams, output English project reports and technical documents, and support overseas project delivery and after-sales iteration.
• Track project delivery effect and product operation feedback, organize regular project review, summarize experience and deficiencies, continuously optimize R&D processes and project management mechanisms, and improve overall project delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or related disciplines. 2. 5+ years of R&D project management experience in intelligent logistics equipment industry, with complete experience in managing product R&D and mass production delivery projects.
• Familiar with the whole R&D process, understand intelligent logistics equipment architecture, control system logic and product development process, able to accurately identify technical difficulties and coordinate technical resources to solve problems.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, skilled in making project plans, controlling project progress and quality, and managing cross-functional teams; familiar with product development management modes and industry standards.
• Fluent in English (oral & written), capable of independent overseas project docking, English meeting communication, English project report writing and technical document sorting, supporting global business collaboration.
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, strong logical thinking, project control ability and pressure resistance.
• Rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and team management awareness, able to efficiently promote multi-project parallel management. Preferred Qualifications:
• Have working experience in well-known intelligent logistics equipment enterprises, with successful mass production and commercial project delivery cases.
• Possess PMP, NPDP or other authoritative project management certifications.
• Familiar with overseas project delivery standards and international business processes, with rich cross-border project collaboration experience.
• Have basic understanding of mechanical mechanism, controls logic , IT software and related technology.
