AI Agent Developer

AISTRATA is seeking a creative AI Agent Developer to design and build next-generation autonomous systems and conversational AI solutions for our clients.

Required knowledge/skills:

• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, or similar.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational design principles.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and concepts (e.g., LangChain, autonomous agents).
• Ability to design and implement complex, multi-step AI workflows.

Desired knowledge/skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma).
• Experience with fine-tuning language models.
• Understanding of data security best practices in AI applications.

Other Requirements:

• Graduation Preference: Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Personality/Communication requirements: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Any specific Experience Required: 1 to 4 years of experience in AI or software development.
