AI Agent Developer

We are looking for a practical, engineering-focused AI Agent Developer to design, deploy, and scale autonomous multi-agent systems. Unlike traditional chatbot developers, you will focus on building resilient, goal-oriented agents that can reason through multi-step problems, interact with APIs, handle loop/error recovery, and integrate cleanly into production workflows.Key Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture & Design: Design and implement agentic design patterns, including planning-and-reasoning loops, task decomposition, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Tool Integration & APIs: Connect LLMs to external systems, databases, internal business software, and web tools via robust function-calling and custom APIs.
• Memory & Context Management: Build stateful memory systems, vector databases, and semantic search pipelines (RAG) to persist context across long-running tasks.
• Reliability & Guardrails: Implement strict output parsing, error recovery, fallback mechanisms, cost controls, and safety guardrails to prevent agent looping or hallucinations.
• Observability & Evaluation: Set up logging, tracing, and evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse, or Ragas) to monitor agent performance in production.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (async pipelines, clean backend API development).
• LLM & Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frontier LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Data & Retrieval: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector, Qdrant) and embedding/reranking pipelines.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, FastAPI, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Engineering Discipline: Solid foundation in software engineering best practices, version control, and debugging asynchronous or non-deterministic code.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in software engineering, with at least 1–2 years building production LLM, RAG, or agent-based systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem-Solving: Comfort troubleshooting non-deterministic AI outputs, infinite tool-calling loops, and edge-case failures.

Pay: AED3,400.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
