AI Agent Developer

We are seeking an AI Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.

In this role, you will help streamline business operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve user experiences through AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automations, along with a strong understanding of business processes, integrations, and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using platforms such as Voiceflow, Botpress, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, or similar tools.
• Develop conversational flows, decision trees, and logic to support effective user interactions.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
• Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agent performance.

Workflow Automation

• Build and manage automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Connect applications and systems to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop trigger-based automations to support business operations.
• Monitor workflows, resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Business Requirements & Solution Design

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Create process flows, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.

Testing, Maintenance & Support

• Test AI agents and automated workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and functionality.
• Monitor performance metrics, including task completion rates, response accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain deployed solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow data security and privacy requirements.
• Train team members and provide ongoing support for deployed AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or automated workflows.
• Experience with AI agent platforms such as Voiceflow, Botpress, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, or similar technologies.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or n8n.
• Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, databases, and basic programming logic.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, user experience, and workflow design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Familiarity with additional low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble, OutSystems, Mendix, or Webflow.
• Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technical documentation.
