AI Agent Engineer（Ai Agent）

Responsibilities

1. Develop the core engine for Agentic AI, including Framework, autonomous evolution, Agent collaboration, context memory management, etc.
2. Build a knowledge brain: Develop RAG-related knowledge management systems.
3. Full-stack implementation: Develop front-end and back-end systems related to Agentic AI.

Requirements

1. Possess academic ambition, pursue technical excellence, aspire to financial freedom, demonstrate special-forces-like sense of mission and stress resistance.
2. Have solid, independent R&D experience in Agentic systems, proficient in reinforcement learning and system control. Candidates with experience in recognition, interpretation and error handling of tables in PDF documents are preferred.
3. Possess necessary full-stack development experience covering front-end and back-end.
4. Preferred majors include but are not limited to Computer Science, Control Science and Management; 1–3 years of working experience.
