Responsibilities
- In charge of the overall planning, architecture management, requirement management, operation & maintenance and secondary development of the bank’s office automation (OA) systems.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of AIGC and AI-powered office efficiency tools.
- Optimize and reengineer office management workflows based on smart banking requirements.
- Promote cross-departmental OA and intelligent application projects.
- Handle conference management and official document drafting as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields. PMP or equivalent project management certifications and AI-related qualifications are preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT system operations and process management. Proficient in office automation (OA) system operations
- Strong communication and coordination. With the ability to drive cross-functional collaborative projects efficiently.
