Governance & oversight

  • Support the design and implementation of Insider Threat governance, including steering committees and expert groups.
  • Support the development of policies and standards for the Insider Threat programme. Help create KPIs, risk metrics and governance reporting.

UEBA & tool selection

  • Support the evaluation and comparison of UEBA tools.
  • Coordinate RFP/RFI processes, vendor demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Assist in defining functional and non-functional requirements. Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and the definition of evaluation criteria.

Stakeholder & programme coordination

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across SOC, Fraud, IT Security, Risk, Legal, HR and the Workers Council to ensure aligned operational processes.
  • Prepare executive updates, meeting materials and summaries. Track key actions, risks and dependencies.
