About Role:

We’re looking for a strong mid-level AI Agentic Developer withprofessional experience who can work independently, take ownership and contribute proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a solid understanding of business and operational processes, the ability to identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities, and hands-on experience with implementing AI and agentic solutions in real-world environments.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation;
• Design, develop and implement AI-powered and agentic solutions that address practical business needs;
• Translate functional requirements and process needs into scalable technical solutions;
• Design, develop, test and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions in line with business and technical requirements;
• Build, test and continuously improve applications and services throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams while independently managing assigned tasks and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development;
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities and translate them into practical technical solutions;
• Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, including designing and implementing solutions for real-world use cases;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure;
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications;
• Experience across different stages of software development, including analysis, design, implementation and testing;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive project tasks and solutions forward, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Hands-on experience with Python.
