AI Agentic Engineer /AI Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Senior AI Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, backend architecture, and Agentic AI development.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, REST APIs, microservices, AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions. Strong hands-on backend development experience is mandatory, along with practical knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, MCP, and AI tool integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI solutions with CRM systems, databases, third-party APIs, and interactive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Node.js.
• Build REST APIs, microservices, and secure backend services for AI-powered applications.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms.
• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
• Implement MCP servers, clients, and tool integrations for connecting AI agents with external applications.
• Integrate AI applications with CRM, ERP, databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop backend services for dashboards, analytics, reporting, and business workflow automation.
• Optimize database performance, API response times, application reliability, and AI operating costs.
• Deploy and maintain applications using AWS/Azure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Node.js backend development.
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, backend architecture, and database design.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM systems and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Next.js and React.js for frontend integration and dashboard development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems and advanced agent orchestration.
• Experience building AI-powered CRM automation and business workflow solutions.
• Dashboard development, KPI tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, SaaS architecture, and MLOps.
• Familiarity with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with Cursor AI, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
