JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: AI - Amazon Graphic Designer

Design high-converting Amazon listing images and A+ Content that help brands stand out and drive sales. This role also involves working directly with clients, managing design communication, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong both strategic and creative skills with the ability to use AI to work efficiently at scale.

In a Nutshell

Create compelling amazon listings that not only “look good”, but also increase conversions for our clients. In this role, you must have strategic critical thinking to make good design choices, and use AI-powered tools to design impactful Amazon content.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Design high-converting Amazon listing images and A+ Content aligned with best design and UX practices and strong brand strategy.
• Own the visual strategy and rebranding of products, proactively proposing creative directions and improvements.
• Use AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, create visuals, and reduce the design timelines.
• Communicate directly with CSMs and EU/US clients to understand requirements, elaborate on concepts, and translate feedback into design.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure designs meet agency QA standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Our Requirements

• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to final delivery, with minimal supervision or hand-holding.
• Ensure first drafts are approximately 80% polished and launch-ready, minimizing unnecessary revisions and rework.
• Proven experience designing Amazon product listings and A+ Content.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered design and image-generation tools.
• Great attention to detail, noticing AI hallucinations and ability to fix them.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, past experience working with EU/US clients.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Chat GPT, Gemini, etc

CompensationEarn 1,500–2,000/month by producing 1–2 complete Amazon listings per day, with help from efficient AI workflows and a supportive team.

• Probation: $750/month. You can pass early once your work consistently meets our QA standards and deadlines.
• After probation: 1,500–2,000/month, fixed.
