What they need
AI & Automation Developer
- Engagement: Full time, 6 months, with potential for extension
- Project start date: 1 January 2027
- Working hours: 45 hours/week
- Location: Fully remote from India. You must be based in India.
- Employer: A GCC-based group
- Equipment: Company laptop provided. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
We're a GCC-based investment group building AI agents that do real work: reviewing documents, running checks, tracking follow-ups and producing reports. We need a hands-on developer who builds and ships, not someone who only talks about AI.
What you'll build
- AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, deployed and used across the organisation
- End-to-end automations in Power Automate connecting SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Integrations with external platforms through APIs, custom connectors and MCP servers, including tools such as Notion and Asana
- An organisational knowledge base: converting documents into structured, searchable content that agents can reliably draw on
- Document review tools that read policies, contracts and reports and flag what matters
- Reporting and tracking workflows that remove manual effort from day-to-day work
How you'll work
- Receive briefs on what needs to be built and deliver working solutions against them
- Work independently, own your builds end to end, and flag issues early
- Build quickly, test thoroughly, and refine based on feedback
- Build properly: structured environments, secure access and clear documentation so solutions can be maintained and extended
What you need
- 2+ years building automation or AI solutions
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or chatbots that are deployed and in use, ideally in Microsoft Copilot Studio, or in a similar platform such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, Botpress or Dialogflow
- Strong Power Automate skills, including premium and custom connectors
- Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, OAuth) and connecting tools to external platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint and Entra ID app registrations
- Understanding of how retrieval and knowledge sources work in AI agents
- Ability to take a brief and turn it into a working solution with minimal hand-holding
- Clear written English and reliable communication while working remotely
Nice to have
- Microsoft Copilot Studio experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience building or connecting MCP servers
- Python, particularly for document processing and data preparation
- Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry
- Power Platform ALM: solutions, environments, Dataverse
- Familiarity with DLP policies, sensitivity labels / Purview
Your resume must include a link to work you have built: a demo video, a GitHub repo or a short walkthrough of an agent or automation. Next to the link, add two or three lines on what problem it solved, what you built yourself and what changed as a result.
Resumes without a link to your work will be rejected. Please also answer all screening questions.
