About The Opportunity

• Join a growing Digital team driving practical AI and automation outcomes
• Design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, integrations and internal tools
• Focus on scalable, supportable solutions (not “AI for everything”)
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to turn needs into delivery
• Help uplift AI capability and reusable automation assets across the org

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering AI/automation in production (not just POCs)
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem skills: Azure + Fabric + Power Platform exposure
• Engineering capability with .NET/SQL and/or scripting (e.g., Python/PowerShell)
• Integration mindset: APIs, workflow automation, maintainable design patterns
• Confident communicator who can work across technical + non-technical teams
