AI & Automation Implementation Lead

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Implementation & Automation Lead to drive the next phase of our company’s growth.

In this role, you will identify operational bottlenecks, design and deploy AI-powered solutions, and automate workflows across key departments including HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

You will also act as our internal AI specialist—continuously exploring new tools, models, and automation technologies to improve efficiency, strengthen our systems, and keep the business at the forefront of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
• Design, build, test, and implement AI agents for operational, analytical, managerial, and customer-facing tasks
• Automate repetitive business processes using platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems, including CRMs, project management platforms, communication tools, and internal software
• Build and manage integrations using APIs and webhooks
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, platforms, and methodologies
• Recommend and present new AI solutions that can improve business performance
• Train employees on newly implemented AI tools, automation workflows, and effective prompt frameworks
• Establish human-in-the-loop processes to ensure AI outputs are accurate, secure, and aligned with company standards
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve implemented AI and automation systems
• Support the development of AI-driven reporting, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring systems

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a practical understanding of business operations.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar technologies
• Proven experience using workflow automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated workflows
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and break them into efficient automated workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical employees and management
• Strong interest in staying updated with AI developments, new models, beta releases, and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience developing custom AI integrations or automation scripts
• Experience building AI-driven KPI, performance review, or reporting systems
• Background in operations management, process improvement, or business process re-engineering
• Experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business departments
