【The Opportunity】

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Solution Manager to turn advanced technologies into clear, scalable, and market-ready solutions that deliver measurable customer and business value. In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution lifecycle and work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and ecosystem partners to integrate hardware, software, AI, and services into differentiated solutions for enterprise customers.

【What You’ll Do】

1. Solution Strategy & Planning

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify

opportunities and define solution positioning.

• Define the solution vision, value proposition, and roadmap, aligning customer needs with

business and technology capabilities.

• Translate customer pain points and workflows into prioritized requirements.

• Develop scalable business models and commercial offerings.

• Evaluate ecosystem partners to accelerate solution development and market entry.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Management

• Lead requirements discovery and prioritization throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Collaborate across R&D, Business Development, Marketing, and ecosystem partners to align

customer needs with solution delivery.

• Coordinate priorities, resources, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Create key product artifacts, including PRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, workflows, and

acceptance criteria.

3. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management

• Own the solution lifecycle from 0-to-1 concept development through commercialization

and standardization for scale.

• Define MVP success criteria and validation plans linked to measurable customer outcomes.

• Monitor product usage, operational metrics, customer feedback, and business performance.

4. Business Development Enablement & Customer Support

• Support Business Development in customer discovery, presentations, proposals,

demonstrations, and requirements discussions.

• Develop Go-to-Market strategies with Business Development and Marketing, covering

target segments, use cases, regional priorities, and commercialization.

• Translate customer, sales, and partner feedback into actionable improvement initiatives.

【Minimum Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

• Strong understanding of product development processes and project management

methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum-based development.

• Experience preparing product requirements and related documentation, including PRDs,

User Stories, and RFQs.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design,

UI/UX, Sales, and Finance.

• Strong business English and professional Chinese communication skills.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, SaaS, enterprise software, IoT, physical

security, or industrial automation.

• Experience with integrated hardware and software product development.

• Experience working in a startup, new business unit, or 0-to-1 environment.

• Experience with product offering, pricing, subscription, or service-based business models.
