Job Summary

Saylani Welfare International Trust is seeking an experienced AI & Data Science Instructor to deliver practical training across AI and Data Science technologies.

The instructor should be capable of teaching:

• Python & Data Science
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• MLOps, Big Data & Cloud
• Generative AI & LLMs
• RAG, Vector Databases & Chatbot Development
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs
• Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite classroom and hands-on technical training.
• Conduct practical labs, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Mentor students in real-world AI projects and capstone development.
• Maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, AI, Data Science, SE, IT, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Chatbots, and Agentic AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.

Important: This is an onsite Instructor role at our Kharian Campus. Candidates from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Jhelum and Gujrat may also apply. Selected candidates from RWP/ISB may receive weekly TA/DA / Travel Allowance for the duration of the course, subject to organizational policy and approval.
