AI & Data Science Senior Manager

• Lead AI, GenAI & scalable data platforms for retail and e-commerce
• Build Databricks, Python & Big Data solutions that drive business impact

About Our Client This role is with a company in the retail industry, located in Bangkok.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data architecture, data warehouse and lakehouse solutions
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and near real-time processing
• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI use cases across business operations
• Build data pipelines supporting LLM training and inference
• Partner with Data Science teams to productionise AI/ML models
• Drive data quality, governance, lineage and engineering standards
• Lead and mentor Data Engineers, ML Engineers and Analysts
• Evaluate emerging technologies across the Big Data and AI ecosystem

The Successful Applicant A successful AI & Data Science Senior Manager should have:

• 7+ years' experience in Data Engineering or Data Management
• Strong Python and SQL expertise
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark and Big Data technologies
• Practical experience developing Generative AI solutions
• Proven experience delivering AI products into production
• Retail or e-commerce experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

What's on Offer

• Annual salary between THB 2,700,000 and THB 3,300,000.
