About the role

Reporting to the department head, you will work closely with business stakeholders and partnering with the tech team to drive strategic data, BI, analytics, Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the group. You will act as the central orchestrator across business units and teams in Product, BI, Data, Analytics, AI and Technology, ensuring programmes are clearly defined, value-led and well-governed. Your remit is to translate business needs into executable road maps, define scope and sequencing, and steer initiatives from initial design through delivery, adoption and steady-state operations. Bridge business and technical perspectives, leveraging strong AI literacy to translate advanced GenAI and Agentic AI concepts into practical, actionable plans for teams. This is a high-impact manager-level role at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics/AI, requiring sound judgment and strong influence without direct authority. Lastly, navigate and manage strategic trade-offs, balancing ambition with technical and operational feasibility to enable successful delivery of data- and AI-intensive initiatives.

The successful applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years' broad technology experience, with significant exposure to data, analytics and AI‑driven transformation at group or enterprise level
• You naturally step forward to lead discussions, shape direction and move groups towards clear outcomes.
• You are evidence-led in your thinking, using structured analysis and data to make decisions.
• You thrive in change, are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy challenging existing ways of working to create better AI solutions.
• You invest in deep, trust-based relationships and use collaboration and influence to resolve differences and align stakeholders.
• Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programmes, ideally involving data, BI, analytics or AI.
• Experience across the full programme lifecycle, from initial design and scoping through delivery and value realization.
• Strong structured problem-solving abilities and clear, impactful communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
• Good command in English and Chinese
