AI & Digital Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI/ML, LLM, Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions for construction projects.

• Integrate BIM, ERP, project, site and IoT data to support project delivery and decision-making.
• Develop data pipelines, dashboards and digital workflows using Python, SQL, Power BI and related tools.
• Identify business needs and translate them into practical and scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with project and site teams to test, implement and drive adoption of digital solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance and solution performance.
• Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and develop relevant pilot solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML and data analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, BI tools and BIM/project systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Construction, engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit APIs
• Primavera P6 / Procore
• GIS and spatial analytics
• AI/digital solution deployment in construction environments
