Your role

As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are looking for an AI & Digitalization Driver to accelerate our digital transformation journey and drive the adoption of AI-powered ways of working across our Marketing & Sales organization.

You will be a key member of our Marketing & Sales Staff, the service hub within Marketing & Sales, responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing digital solutions that increase efficiency, improve quality, and create business value. The market environment is dynamic and rapidly evolving, requiring continuous innovation and adaptation to maintain competitiveness.

In this role, you will act as a change agent, driving the use of AI, automation, and digital tools throughout the Marketing & Sales organization.

You will work closely with the rest of the Marketing & Sales team as well with other Digital Drivers at Saab, and the responsibility includes but is not limited to;

• Lead and drive the digitalization of our proposal and bid management processes through modern tools and digital-powered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline marketing and sales processes.
• Evaluate, implement, and support the adoption of AI tools that enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven and digitally enabled culture within the organization.
• Act as an advisor and ambassador for digital transformation, supporting colleagues in leveraging new technologies effectively.
• Monitor emerging digitalization trends and translate them into practical business applications.

Your Profile

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, visionary, and deeply passionate about technology, digital transformation, and AI. You are naturally curious about new technologies and thrive on turning innovative ideas into tangible business improvements.

The successful candidate combines technical understanding with business acumen and possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in driving digitalization, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation solutions, and modern digital workplace tools.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI and digital solutions can improve business performance.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and lead change initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business-oriented approach with a focus on creating measurable value. Collaborative team player with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels.

You will report to the Marketing & Sales Chief of Staff within Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
