About the Role

• We are looking for an AI & Process Transformation Lead to lead the organization's AI and automation agenda.
• This role will work across functions to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, and lead initiatives from ideation and Proof of Concept (POC) through to production.
• You will also help build AI capabilities across the organization and establish a responsible and scalable approach to AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the AI & Automation Roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation use cases across departments based on business value, feasibility, and potential impact.
• Lead AI POCs and pilot projects from concept through implementation and production, working closely with internal Solution Delivery teams and external technology partners.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish and promote AI Governance, including responsible AI, data privacy, and risk management.
• Build AI awareness and capabilities across the organization through training, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Track and communicate the business impact and ROI of AI and automation initiatives, including cost savings, efficiency improvements, and potential revenue impact.
• Monitor emerging AI and technology trends and provide recommendations to senior management on their potential business applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on AI opportunities and technology-driven business transformation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption across functions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Proven experience delivering at least one AI or automation initiative from idea to production in a business environment.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or other operational industries is an advantage.
• Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLM applications, and automation/RPA.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
• Understanding of common data platforms and the ability to assess the technical feasibility and business viability of AI use cases.
• Basic understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and Responsible AI principles.
