Soveraign Solutions

Remote | Philippines | Part-Time | $5/Hour + 20% Gross Profit Commission
About the Opportunity
Be part of the growing market for AI-enabled business technology while earning commissions for helping turn promising sales opportunities into successful customer engagements.
We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional based in the Philippines who can effectively connect with CIOs, IT Managers, and senior technology stakeholders.
This opportunity goes beyond traditional outbound calling. You'll gain practical exposure to technology sales, AI adoption, and the solutions businesses need to prepare their operations for the next generation of digital transformation.
Your primary objective is to engage IT decision-makers in meaningful discussions about whether their current systems, applications, and infrastructure can support emerging AI capabilities.
These discussions may uncover opportunities to upgrade existing platforms, introduce new technologies, integrate business applications, optimize workflows, or implement AI-powered solutions.
You'll help identify prospective customers, understand their technology priorities, and develop qualified opportunities that can progress into revenue-generating business.
Your Key Responsibilities
This is a focused, part-time sales development position requiring approximately two hours of productive outreach each business day.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct approximately 25 outbound prospecting calls during each two-hour work session.

Reach out primarily to Chief Information Officers, IT Managers, and other technology purchasing decision-makers.

Initiate conversations about AI readiness and long-term technology planning.

Ask relevant discovery questions to understand prospects' existing software, SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure, hardware, business processes, and AI initiatives.

Recognize potential needs involving technology upgrades, system integrations, product replacements, infrastructure improvements, and AI implementation.

Work toward generating approximately two qualified business opportunities each week.

Assist in nurturing prospects and advancing potential deals through the sales cycle.

Develop a strong understanding of our technology offerings to communicate confidently and professionally with prospective customers.

We want someone interested in building genuine sales development skills—not simply completing a daily call quota.
Your contributions will involve identifying business needs, initiating valuable relationships, and supporting opportunities from initial contact toward a completed sale.
Pay Structure & Commission Potential
This position provides a consistent hourly rate with additional earning opportunities through sales commissions.
Base Compensation

Hourly pay: $5 USD

Weekly schedule: Approximately 10 hours

Estimated weekly base earnings: $50 USD

Commission Structure
Earn 20% of gross profit on qualifying completed sales. Our anticipated gross profit per transaction ranges from approximately $500 to $5,000.
For example:

A sale generating $500 in gross profit earns you $100 in commission.

A sale generating $2,500 in gross profit earns you $500 in commission.

A sale generating $5,000 in gross profit earns you $1,000 in commission.

Performance Expectations
The first 90 days will primarily focus on developing relationships and establishing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Once that pipeline is established, the monthly commission target is at least $500, in addition to regular hourly compensation.
This is a performance target, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on completed sales, opportunity quality, deal value, customer timelines, and overall sales performance.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
We're interested in professionals who are confident speaking with business technology leaders and comfortable initiating conversations through outbound calls.
Relevant professional backgrounds may include:

Business-to-business technology sales or account development

Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles

IT products, professional services, or managed technology solutions

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and cloud services

Computer hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure

Cybersecurity and managed security services

Artificial intelligence products and business applications

Technology-focused telemarketing and outbound lead generation

A successful candidate should demonstrate an active interest in how organizations are adapting their software, hardware, data environments, infrastructure, and operating processes to accommodate artificial intelligence.
Advanced programming skills or AI engineering expertise are not required.
What matters most is your ability to understand business technology concepts, communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, remain persistent, and establish credibility with senior IT professionals.
