What we're looking for

We're partnering with a fast-growing, dermatologist-founded scalp health and hair growth brand built on science-backed formulas. Their mission is to turn hair loss from a taboo topic into a conversation about empowerment, care, and optimism, placing scalp health right alongside skin health. They're looking for an AI & UGC Video Editor to lead high-performing marketing videos across paid media, social platforms, landing pages, and brand campaigns, using both traditional editing and AI video production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead editing and post-production for performance ads, brand campaigns, product explainers, and social content.
• Build complete AI videos from a brief, covering scene planning, asset generation, voiceover, audio, captions, and final export.
• Partner with marketing, content, and creative teams to turn briefs into compelling visual stories aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Use motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, color grading, and transitions to strengthen storytelling and hold attention.
• Manage post-production workflows, keep project files and asset libraries organized, and deliver on time.
• Test new hooks and formats, contribute to creative direction, and stay current on trends and specs for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on video editing experience focused on marketing, branded content, or performance ads.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong motion design and animation skills.
• Practical AI production skills and the ability to independently take a brief to a finished, polished AI video.
• A deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and engagement.
• Experience editing paid ads and social videos for national or international brands.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working across teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours each workday.
