AI Animator

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Animator to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI-generated visuals, animation, motion graphics, video production, and emerging creative technologies.

You will be responsible for developing visually engaging content using a combination of AI tools and traditional animation/motion design techniques, while maintaining strong creative quality and brand consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who constantly experiments with new AI tools, understands visual storytelling, and knows how to turn an idea or brief into a compelling visual output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-driven animations, videos, motion graphics, and visual content for brands and campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments based on client briefs.
• Use generative AI tools to create characters, environments, images, videos, storyboards, and animation assets.
• Work with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or similar emerging AI platforms.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional animation and post-production workflows.
• Create 2D/3D motion graphics, character animation, transitions, explainer videos, social media content, and digital campaigns.
• Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender or equivalent tools as required.
• Develop AI-generated presenters, avatars, characters and product visuals.
• Create and refine prompts to achieve consistent characters, styles, environments and visual sequences.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple scenes and deliverables.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, design, project management and account teams to understand requirements and deliver projects within timelines.
• Adapt existing creative assets into different formats, sizes, languages and platforms.
• Ensure all final outputs meet required technical specifications and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI, animation, video generation and creative technology.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design and visual storytelling.
• Good knowledge of AI image and video generation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and willingness to experiment with new platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of 3D animation or Blender is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, lighting, colour, transitions and pacing.
• Ability to create effective prompts and iterate AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to maintain consistency across AI-generated scenes and characters.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and digital advertising requirements.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to explore unconventional creative approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Film, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, video production or a related creative role.
• Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
• Experience creating AI-generated commercial content is highly preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio/showreel demonstrating their animation and visual production capabilities.

The portfolio should ideally include:

• AI-generated videos
• AI-assisted animation
• Motion graphics
• Character animation
• Product/brand videos
• Social media content
• AI presenters/avatars
• Before-and-after examples showing how AI was integrated into the production process
