What they need
- Any graduates in Hindi, or graduates from any discipline with strong Hindi reading and writing skills
- Candidates with prior transcription, annotation or data-processing experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi
- Strong Devanagari spelling and typing skills
- Ability to understand Hindi-English code-mixed conversations
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
The role involves transcribing and annotating telephonic audio in Hindi, English and Hindi-English while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and confidentiality.
