They are seeking an AI Application Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that enhance business operations, customer experience, and internal productivity across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and integrate solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and machine learning technologies.
• Develop APIs and backend services to support AI-driven business applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize AI application performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI workflow orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
• Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, with exposure to AI/ML projects.

• Hands-on experience with Python and modern backend development frameworks.

• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
