Position Overview

We are looking for an AI Application Engineer with strong computer science fundamentals, web development experience, and the ability to leverage AI tools for rapid software development.

The role focuses on building internal applications, automation systems, and digital solutions using modern AI-assisted development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to accelerate software development.
• Build internal web applications and automation platforms.
• Design modular and scalable system architecture.
• Develop APIs and integrate different business systems.
• Manage software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Maintain and improve internal digital solutions.

Requirements

Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Strong understanding of:

• Programming.
• Database.
• Software architecture.
• Web development.

Experience with:

• Vue/React/Angular.
• Node.js/Python/Java/Go.
• REST API.
• SQL databases.

Experience using AI development tools:

• ChatGPT.
• Claude.
• GitHub Copilot.
• Cursor.

Ability to use AI for:

• Code generation.
• Debugging.
• Refactoring.
• Rapid prototyping.

Understanding of modular architecture and API-first development.

Preferred Qualifications：

• Enterprise application development experience.
• ERP/MES/CRM integration experience.
• Odoo API experience.
• FastAPI / Node.js / TypeScript experience.
• Docker and Linux deployment experience.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1.

Language Requirement

• Fluent English communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Able to use English as a daily working language for technical discussions, documentation, API reading, and global collaboration.
