What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Develop internal web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, and ERP tools
- Build AI-powered workflows, automation tools, and internal productivity systems
- Convert business requirements into functional software solutions using AI tools
- Manage databases, APIs, and integrations (Zoho, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.)
- Design simple, user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users
- Test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve applications
Preferred candidate profile
- 0 - 2 years experience in software development / AI tools / automation (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
- Hands-on with AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and modern dev frameworks
- Knowledge of web/app development, databases, and APIs
- Familiar with tools like React, Node.js, Python, SQL, Firebase, Zapier/n8n (any relevant stack)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Quick Learner, execution - focused and comfortable workinng with cross functional teams.
