AI Application Engineer - R&D

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement analysis for AI applications, bridge business problems with AI technologies, design and implement feasible AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to complete model deployment and performance optimization.
• Track and research cutting-edge AI technologies (such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, fine-tuning etc), evaluate technical feasibility, and drive their practical application in business scenarios.
• Write technical documentation, patents, or papers, and participate in internal knowledge sharing and industry exchanges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Solid Python programming skills, with familiarity in mainstream deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and pre-trained model ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face).
• Hands-on or project experience with AI Agents; understanding of common Agent frameworks and design approaches.
• Familiarity with key LLM interaction technologies (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, Function Calling), or the ability to quickly learn and apply them.
• Strong team spirit and learning ability, keen insight into AI frontiers, and up-to-date with technology trends.
