AI Applications Specialist

AI Applications Specialist will drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across our medical beauty business. This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI tools to enhance customer experience, streamline marketing workflows, and automate daily operations to maintain our leading position in the listed medical beauty market.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to support different business units, especially Marketing and Customer Service.
• Deploy AI chatbots and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make) to handle customer inquiries, booking reminders, and post-treatment follow-ups.
• Identify repetitive tasks within retail, clinic, and back-office operations and implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Design and optimize high-quality prompts to assist the marketing team in generating compliance-ready medical beauty content, social media posts, and visual assets.
• Conduct internal workshops and training sessions to upskill staff across different departments on how to effectively use AI tools in their daily work.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and regulatory guidelines in both the tech and medical beauty industries to ensure all AI applications align with listed company compliance standards.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology (MarTech), or operations automation.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, healthcare, or medical beauty is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and data privacy (PDPO in HK).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mindset for innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical team members.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
