Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Architect / Applied AI Scientist to design, develop, optimize, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions across enterprise, cloud, and edge environments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech and Audio Processing, Machine Learning, and Real-Time AI Systems, with demonstrated experience translating advanced AI research into practical, high-performance applications.

This role will focus on building intelligent AI platforms that combine natural language understanding, speech recognition, audio enhancement, document intelligence, agentic AI, and low-latency processing. The candidate should be comfortable working across AI research, solution architecture, hands-on development, model optimization, and enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Build RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop AI-powered document and voice processing, extraction, classification, and validation capabilities.
• Optimize speech models for varying acoustic conditions, background noise, communication channels, and domain-specific terminology.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and accuracy of AI solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and lead POCs through production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Design and implement low-latency, real-time audio and AI processing pipelines.
• Design and deploy AI/ML models on edge devices, CPU-based environments, and resource-constrained computing platforms.

Required Skills

• Programming: Strong Python programming skills.
• AI/ML: LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers, RAG.
• AI Platforms: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude.
• Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face.
• Cloud: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Specialization: Agentic AI, Vector Databases, Document AI, LLMOps, Model Evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.
• Experience integrating Python-based AI/ML services with .NET enterprise applications.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• US Citizen with 5+ years of relevant software engineering or AI/ML experience.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
